Join our team as a Senior Programme Coordinator 12 Months FTC, where you'll be at the heart of delivering key commercial programmes. You'll ensure smooth execution across complex and interdependent workstreams, blending operational support with independent leadership of programme components. Acting as a strategic liaison, you'll bridge the gap between senior programme leadership and day-to-day delivery teams.

In this role, you'll support and partially lead project planning, stakeholder engagement, reporting, risk tracking, and governance activities across multiple directorates and external organisations. Your expertise will be crucial in driving successful outcomes and ensuring seamless coordination.

Key Accountabilities:

• Programme Coordination: Manage specific workstreams independently and support the Programme Manager.
• Oversight: Keep track of timelines, scopes, budgets, and risks to ensure they meet strategic goals.
• Planning: Develop and manage project plans and schedules with Workstream Leads.
• Monitoring: Monitor programme status, escalate issues, risks, and changes as needed.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Support stakeholder engagement and prepare status updates and reports.

Person Specification:

• Programme Management: Experience in handling projects and managing scope, schedule, and risks.
• Team Collaboration: Work well with teams and manage expectations.
• Communication and Organisation: Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to work independently.
