Answers to your questions

Do I have to pass a medical?

  • Yes. All job offers at Avanti depend on a satisfactory result to a medical test. You’ll need to take drug and alcohol tests as part of this.

What type of DBS check will be undertaken?

  • If successful through the recruitment process and you are offered a position with us, you will be required to undertake a basic DBS check. Found out more about the basic DBS Check here.

How many interview stages are there?

  • It depends which job you’re applying for. You can ask what the process is after you’ve applied. If you’d like a bit of help with your application, interview or tests, be sure to check these hints and tips.

Can I get feedback on my application?

  • We can’t do this if you don’t make the shortlist as we receive a lot of applications for each role.

What should I do to prepare for my interview?

  • Find out as much as you can about the job. Make sure you understand what the responsibilities are and how your experience and abilities match these. Our interview hints and tips are also well worth a read. Read them here.
