Your attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement will help us enhance our training programs. You’ll also have the opportunity to deliver safety-related training to a wide range of audiences, both within Avanti West Coast and across the broader rail industry, sharing your expertise and making a meaningful impact.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- A solid understanding of railway Rules and Regulations, with a minimum of 3 years’ train driving and driver management experience.

- NVQ Assessor and Verifier qualifications (A1 and V1 or equivalent), or be working towards them.
- NVQ Level 10, 11, or 12 (or equivalent) training qualifications, or be working towards them.
- TOLO qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail.
