Job description

Are you a natural organiser with a passion for driving progress across complex programmes?

We’re looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator to help deliver some of our most important commercial initiatives—ensuring everything runs smoothly across multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll be the vital link between senior leadership and delivery teams, blending hands-on coordination with independent ownership of key programme components. From planning and reporting to stakeholder engagement and governance, you’ll help keep everything on track and aligned with our strategic goals.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead & Support: Independently manage specific programme workstreams while supporting the Programme Manager in overall delivery.
  • Keep Us on Track: Maintain oversight of timelines, budgets, risks, and scopes—ensuring everything aligns with our strategic objectives.
  • Plan & Monitor: Develop project plans with Workstream Leads and monitor progress, escalating risks or changes as needed.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Co-lead engagement activities, facilitate meetings, and ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Drive Governance: Prepare reports, track actions, and champion consistent programme controls.
  • Represent the Programme: Step in for the Programme Manager when needed, representing the programme in internal and external forums.

Who we're looking for:

  • Project Know-How: Experience supporting or managing cross-functional programmes or projects.
  • Control & Coordination: Strong understanding of programme controls—scope, schedule, risk, and governance.
  • People Skills: Ability to work across teams and manage stakeholder expectations with confidence.
  • Tools & Tech: Familiarity with project management tools and strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a knack for presenting clearly and concisely.
  • Organisation: High attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
