Driving Rail Travel Growth with Creative Strategies
We're on a mission to boost revenue and customer satisfaction through innovative marketing programmes. Our team leads advertising campaigns, digital marketing, loyalty initiatives, CRM, and customer communications, while providing brand and design support.
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll develop creative messaging and media plans to enhance brand awareness and revenue. You'll craft the marketing strategy for the Annual Business Plan, maintain an annual plan, and ensure national marketing aligns with AWC objectives. You'll also collaborate with TOC marketing representatives to promote rail travel. Additionally, you'll lead a team of six, ensuring objective setting, performance reviews, and professional development. You'll work with internal and external stakeholders, including media, search and creative agencies, to support the brand vision and improve marketing communications.
Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver Business KPIs: Support overall business KPIs, including awareness, understanding, yield, journeys, and revenue growth.
- Annual Marketing Plan: Develop and deliver an annual marketing communications plan to enhance brand awareness and support business, customer information, and product messaging.
- Digital Capabilities: Build digital capabilities through media, SEO, PPC, and affiliate marketing to drive qualified traffic and incremental revenue.
- Budget and Activity Management: Manage significant media and creative budgets, and oversee the planning and implementation of bought, owned, and earned activities.
- Team and Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including media and creative agencies, to support the brand vision and improve marketing communications.
Who we're looking for:
- Campaign Development & Media Buying: Expertise in creative development and media buying processes.
- Customer Metrics & Econometric Modelling: Proficient in customer metrics, econometric modelling, and driving improvements.
- Marketing Strategies: Skilled in developing marketing strategies and annual plans to boost revenue.
- Insight-Driven Campaigns: Experienced in creating insight-driven creative campaigns.
- Media Planning: Knowledgeable in media planning and optimising media mix.
