You’ll lead the design and delivery of high-impact training, support our operational trainers, and oversee the Talent Academy’s administration team. From strategic planning to training excellence, your work will empower our people to deliver exceptional service with confidence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Strategic Planning: Coordinate annual training plans for smooth, efficient delivery.
• Trainer Support: Ensure trainers are confident, competent, and safety focused.
• Innovative Design: Create engaging materials using new technologies.
• Quality & Safety: Maintain high standards across all assessments and training.
• Creating a learning environment: Committed to fostering a learning culture where every employee is supported to grow, develop, and reach their full potential.
