Working closely with our HR Business Partners and wider teams, you’ll ensure that inclusion is embedded in every decision we make. For our colleagues, our customers, and the communities we serve.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the EDI Strategy:  Design and deliver a company-wide inclusion strategy that enhances experiences for both colleagues and customers.
  • Champion Inclusive Culture:  Drive awareness through colleague networks, events, and campaigns that celebrate difference and foster belonging.
  • Deliver Transformational Training: Create and deliver engaging EDI training that inspires change across all levels of the business.
  • Leverage Data for Impact: Use insights to measure progress, build trust, and inform meaningful, data-driven action.
  • Empower Communities & Voices: Partner with schools and support underrepresented groups through mentoring and outreach initiatives.

We’re looking for a confident change maker with:

  • Deep knowledge of D&I legislation, best practices, and emerging trends, including social and class-based inclusion.
  • A proven track record of delivering impactful EDI programmes in complex or unionised environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder skills, you’ll know how to influence, inspire, and bring people on the journey with you.
  • A specialist D&I qualification (degree level) and ideally, legal knowledge.
