We’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s passionate about driving meaningful change, uncovering insights, and helping shape the future of rail travel. As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in understanding and analysing business change requirements, assessing their impact, and helping deliver solutions that make a real difference to our customers and colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with teams to identify areas for improvement and define the scope of change
• Building strong relationships with Project Managers to support successful delivery
• Creating and reviewing requirements, specifications, and business processes
• Conducting logical and physical data analysis of complex systems
• Developing functional and system design specifications
• Designing and executing test plans and scripts, including resource planning
• Supporting technical innovation and bringing stakeholders on the journey
• Evaluating supplier solutions and recommending strategic fits
• Leading unit and user acceptance testing
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals
• Understanding how legacy and web-based systems interface
• Championing creative thinking and pushing boundaries to improve customer experience

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience in business analysis or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• A good understanding of IT systems, architectures, and integration
• Experience implementing IT solutions into existing landscapes
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation
