You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping group travel experiences, from school trips and sports teams to VIP journeys, making every booking memorable.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead & Inspire: Motivate and coach your team to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service. 
• Drive Growth: Support the Group Sales Manager in developing new products and strategic partnerships. 
• Build Relationships: Connect with tourism bodies, tour operators, and event venues to expand our reach. 
• Manage Operations: Oversee complex bookings, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain CRM integrity. 
• Represent & Champion: Promote Avanti at industry events, host VIP bookings, and support inclusive campaigns like Feel-Good Travel Schools.
