Catering Delivery Partner: Fuelling the Future of Rail Catering!

Are you ready to help shape the future of onboard dining? As a Catering Delivery Partner, you’ll work alongside our Catering Development and Delivery Manager to support two exciting work streams—Development and Delivery. From rolling out new menus to launching innovative service enhancements, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our catering vision to life.

This is a 6 Month fixed-term opportunity and we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running—immediate start preferred.

Your key accountabilities will include:

• Implement Catering Initiatives: Help drive the roll out of new menus, equipment, and service enhancements across onboard and lounge experiences.
• Coordinate Seamlessly: Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution and clear communication.
• Track and Deliver Results: Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure successful, on-time delivery.
• Support Operational Integration: Provide documentation, training, and facilitate risk assessments to embed changes into business-as-usual operations.
• Refine and Elevate Standards: Conduct post-launch reviews and document best practices for continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Tech-Savvy & Organised: Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to manage data, track progress, and present updates with clarity.
• Experienced & Insightful: Experience in food handling or the travel industry, you understand the pace and precision needed to deliver great service.
• Driven by Results:  You thrive in fast-moving environments, staying cool under pressure and focused on delivering excellence.
