Job description
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Support Administrator to join our dynamic Property Team. This role is pivotal in supporting the day-to-day operations of our property function, ensuring compliance, managing documentation, and coordinating activities across various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the Asset Management system, ensuring version-controlled documents are uploaded and compliant with property standards.
Act as the team’s document controller, managing property compliance documentation and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Assist with clerical tasks, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the team.
Distribute information across the team and external stakeholders, coordinating activities from multiple workstreams.
Serve as the first point of contact for property-related queries, managing the property inbox and triaging requests effectively.
Coordinate projects, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and issuing travel passes as needed.
Collect and analyse data for areas such as SQR and customer insight, producing reports for internal and external stakeholders including First Group and the Department for Transport.
Raise purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and monitor budget spend to support financial tracking.
Compile the NRC Report and review property data trends to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
