Whether you are working at the crack of dawn or last thing at night, we will look to you to create the best possible impression with our customers.
As a Chef, you will work onboard our trains supporting the onboard crew to deliver an amazing service to our customers. You will be creating restaurant quality food and provide a fantastic service for our first- class passengers on our West Coast services.
Applicants should possess an outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills and high standards of personal presentation.
What are the essentials of the job?
Preparation of all products and food available from the advertised menu.
Preparation of all consumable goods to the highest standards.
Maintaining to the highest possible standards of hygiene in all kitchen areas, equipment and utensils
Ordering of all necessary stores and food stocks.
Ensure that all waste is kept to a minimum.
