Fraud Investigator

You’ll work collaboratively with On Board, Station, and Compliance teams to identify and prevent ticketless and fraudulent travel. Using data insights and financial analysis, you’ll help detect patterns, investigate complex cases, and contribute to meaningful outcomes including supporting legal processes where needed.

What you’ll be doing:
- Prevent, detect, and investigate complex fraudulent activity across the network.
- Analyse data, financial records, and transactions to identify fraud risks and patterns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support investigations and legal outcomes.
- Monitor emerging fraud trends and share insights to strengthen prevention strategies.
- Provide fraud awareness training and guidance to On Board and Station colleagues.
- Support recovery of losses through legal action or out-of-court settlements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in identifying fraud indicators.
- Experience conducting investigations and compiling clear, evidence-based reports.
- Confidence working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of legal frameworks and compliance standards related to fraud.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to fairness and integrity.
- Willingness to share knowledge and support others in fraud prevention efforts.
