We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Disruption Manager.

 

In this role you will collaborate with teams from across our business to design and deliver a coordinated strategy for assisting customers and providing customer information in times of disruption. A crucial part of the role will be to work with colleagues at our stations and onboard to improve the way we offer customer experience in disruption.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge and experience of delivering our customer proposition every day.
  • Experience of leading and developing change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage and inspire colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Ability to use customer insight to translate customer needs into solutions to improve service delivery
