Are you passionate about building partnerships that drive growth and create memorable experiences? Join Avanti West Coast as a Commercial Partnerships Executive and play a key role in shaping our leisure strategy across the network. Please note this is a 6 months FTC.

About the Role

As a Commercial Partnerships Executive, you’ll support our dynamic partnerships team in developing and delivering national and regional collaborations that boost revenue, attract new customers, and strengthen our brand. From reward platforms and affiliates to Destination Marketing Organisations and tour operators, you’ll help unlock opportunities that encourage more people to travel with us.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in delivering marketing campaigns with partners to stimulate leisure journeys and tourism across our network.
  • Manage partnership assets across Avanti channels, ensuring content is fresh and impactful.
  • Act as the go to liaison for web and social media teams, prioritising campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, revenue management, and operations teams to bring initiatives from concept to reality.
  • Represent Avanti West Coast at regional tourism and industry events, building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Analyse campaign performance and report on revenue impact and KPIs.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and support negotiations to drive incremental revenue and modal shift.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for marketing and commercial growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in partnerships, marketing, or commercial roles is desirable.
