Job description

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Ancillary Revenue Manager to lead the design and delivery of innovative station propositions across AWC-managed stations. This is a high-impact role focused on enhancing the customer experience while driving sustainable ancillary revenue growth in line with our long-term stations strategy.

 

Working cross-functionally, you will use data, insight, and strong stakeholder collaboration to improve the end-to-end customer journey and unlock future growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement compelling station propositions that enhance customer experience and increase ancillary revenue.

  • Champion the customer, using insight and data to shape improvements across the full journey.

  • Partner with the Customer Proposition Manager to align commercial, marketing, and stakeholder objectives with WCPD Future Stations.

  • Develop robust business cases and prioritise initiatives that deliver value for customers and the business.

  • Engage station teams and CX delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.

  • Monitor performance, optimise initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in revenue management, commercial propositions, or customer-led product development.

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Ability to translate customer insight into commercially successful initiatives.

  • Commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
