Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking an Accessibility Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
The location for this role is Birmingham or London.
As our Accessibility Coordinator your purpose will be to work with colleagues across our business to make all aspects of our service fully accessible to everyone.
Key projects will include working with colleagues at stations and on trains to continuously improve the delivery of the Passenger Assistance service and monitoring the delivery of our AWC Accessible Travel Policy.

As the ideal candidate you will have great communication skills which will be crucial in working with and inspiring colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience we deliver every day. You will have a track record in using customer insight to drive business improvement and experience in managing projects.
