Are you passionate about driving growth through insightful analysis and strategic collaboration? We are seeking a dedicated Revenue Performance Manager to play a pivotal role in analysing trends and supporting growth initiatives. In this 12 month fixed term role, you will work closely with Revenue Managers to ensure continuous improvement and effective revenue management. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities for optimisation and implementing strategies that enhance our revenue performance. Key Accountabilities:

  • Continuous Improvement: Implement and support continuous improvement in revenue management practices and processes, identifying opportunities for significant revenue growth.
  • Demand and Capacity Analysis: Conduct regular and ad hoc analysis of demand and capacity to identify opportunities for revenue improvement.
  • Forecasting: Assist in creating demand and revenue forecasts per day, route, and class, both on a scheduled monthly basis and in response to unscheduled requests.
  • Consistent Analysis: Provide consistent analysis through scheduled reporting and ad hoc requests, covering areas such as route, sales, and distribution analysis, demand and revenue forecasting, tactical marketing and retailing, and evaluation of changes in revenue management and pricing.

Who we're looking for:

  • Experience with senior Commercial Leaders, line management, and Revenue Management in a large complex organisation.

  • Strategic thinking, managing conflicting demands, communication and presentation skills, stakeholder management, Revenue Management, pricing, distribution management, and strong analytical skills.

  • Challenging assumptions, problem-solving, dynamic and enthusiastic approach.
