Join Our Dynamic Revenue Management Team! In this role, you will support the Revenue Performance Manager in driving revenue growth initiatives. Your key responsibilities include transforming analysis into actionable insights, collaborating with Revenue Managers and analysts, leading analytical capability to test and learn, optimising KPIs, and evaluating revenue management initiatives in changing market conditions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Analysis: Conduct demand and capacity analysis through regular and ad hoc reports to identify revenue improvement opportunities.
  • Forecasts: Lead the creation of Demand and Revenue Forecasts (per day/route/class) on a scheduled and unscheduled basis.
  • Reporting: Provide consistent analysis through scheduled reporting and ad hoc requests, including various performance evaluations.
  • Targets: Ensure each route/region meets and exceeds revenue targets by offering future-focused analysis and insights.
  • Insights: Deliver actionable insights by interpreting key internal/external changes and communicating them clearly to stakeholders.

Who we're looking for:

  • Team Collaboration: Proven experience in working within a team to deliver performance improvement including
  • PowerBI Expertise: Skilled in the creation and maintenance of PowerBI dashboards and their data connections.
  • Excel Proficiency: Expert practical knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Data Management: Understanding of how large datasets are stored and managed.
  • Rail Industry Insight: Rail industry knowledge is extremely beneficial.
