Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales and Distribution team as a Group Sales Consultant on a 12 month fixed term basis!…(or secondment if you’re internal)

 

In this role, you will be the point of contact for the sales and reservations processes for the offline groups market. These include tour operators, schools, TMCs and all other groups sized from 10+. The main responsibilities will be the booking, managing, and retailing for these group markets, actively developing sales in line with targets and seeking to increase revenue in line with the Group Sales strategy. The successful candidate will be based at our London based offices, working Monday – Friday with varying shift patterns between 08:30-18:00.

 

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to influence customer behaviours.
  • Excellent written skills to ensure clear communication to customers.
  • Good organisational skills to ensure pipelines are managed in a pro-active manner.
  • Team player who to support the delivery of the team revenue targets.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of all customer bookings.
  • Previous experience of using booking engines and CRM systems

This role is based at our London offices but if you are based in the midlands and interested in applying you can always use our direct train service into London!
