We are looking for a proactive and organised Research Executive to support our Customer Insight Team on a part-time basis. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of exciting insight projects while collaborating closely with teams across the business.

Working alongside the Head of Insights, Senior Research Executive, and wider Marketing Team, you’ll help coordinate research activity, manage surveys, support stakeholder communications, and ensure customer insight remains at the heart of decision-making.

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the delivery and coordination of customer insight projects
• Assisting with research briefs and gathering stakeholder requirements
• Drafting and managing surveys using SurveyMonkey and Zinklar
• Helping prepare presentations and reports that communicate key findings clearly
• Managing purchase orders, invoices, and the Insight PO Tracker
• Supporting the day-to-day management of ongoing research projects and customer panels
• Coordinating stakeholder communications and ensuring follow-up actions are completed

 What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and confidence working with data and reports
• Experience using survey platforms such as SurveyMonkey or similar tools is desirable
• A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
